Sunday Worship

REGULAR SERVICES

Sundays at 10.30am

DIVERSITY SERVICES

Breakfast at 9.30am
Worship continues at 10.30am.

We meet for worship each Sunday morning at 10.30am except when we have a Diversity service - when we meet for breakfast at 9.30am.

The general pattern of services is based on which Sunday of the month it is - but there will be variations on this - see the notices for specific details:

1st Sunday
Traditional worship downstairs, Sunday Jam upstairs.
2nd Sunday
We all start worship together downstairs and separate into two groups: something for younger members upstairs and traditional worship downstairs.
3rd Sunday
Either All Age Worship or Diversity (aka Messy Church).
4th Sunday
Traditional worship downstairs, Sunday Jam upstairs.
5th Sunday
We all start worship together downstairs and separate into two groups: something for younger members upstairs and traditional worship downstairs.

Traditional worship is held in the main church building, Sunday Jam, which is a family friendly alternative services involving music, craft and games for all, is held in the church hall upstairs

Diversity services usually start all together in the main church building and then split up into a number of activities which include some of drama, reflection, conversation, traditional sermon, video, discussion and craft. These occasions are lively, informal and often involve lots of congregational participation!

After every morning service we share coffee, juice and conversation.

At irregular intervals, but about once a month, we hold a 'Prayer and Praise' service at which we meet in someone's home at around 5.30pm, share a meal and then worship together. Each service is usually different but always very informal - we have had discussions, reflective singing and made bread together. If you are interested in coming then contact xxxx to find the date and venue of the next one.
