Topal is a `glue' program that links GnuPG and Pine/Alpine. It offers facilities to encrypt, decrypt, sign and verify emails.
The latest release of Topal is version 68, 27th June 2009.
hg contains a clone of my Mercurial repository (which I'm experimenting with). Use hg clone static-http://homepage.ntlworld.com/phil.brooke/topal/hg/topal/ to obtain an initial clone, then pull thereafter.
(Release 0.7.13.6 of 4th April 2005 is the release before release 55.)
