After the death of my machine I lost all information stored on my machine for the Website so I had to recreate it from information on the net, also now a Forum is available. The Tactics page is going to be completed before it is place on the web.

We have represented the JRDF clan in two events now at the Lan arena, at our first attempt we were shocked and pleased to get to the Quarter Finals (Last 8 Teams), although unfortunately after a close battle on cs_estate we were knocked out in the second round at our second visit to the tournament. All this can be seen at the Lan Arena website, www.lanarena.net. 

A number of new members have joined just before christmas;                                                             Syphon, Ami, Chivalry, Big Mikee B, The Candyman, and Eddie Hitler. All of which can be seen on the members page with there joining dates.

TheGangstaofLove left the clan unfortunately, due to the fact that he had become tired of Counterstrike, he said he enjoyed playing with us but he no longer enjoyed enough to spend this much time. Good luck mate with your life and a great farewell.

The clan has entered a competition at the LAN Arena in Nottingham on the 4th of November. It will be a knockout competition for 4 players, and the prize fund is £2500... Mmmm...thats a spicy meatball. The players who will be playing are myself, Grim..., ...Reaper, and Sparky. we may not have a lot of chance but well do are best and have fun, so here we come, also Grim has decided he will show people the difference between Gaming and Reality if they whoop his ass. Not gonna be pretty, a 17 Stone guy pulling the arms off a 14 year old.

We have two new members have joined in the last month, they are TheGangstaofLove and BloatedBob, they were excepted after a short trial and are now successfully playing along side us.

Due to being home from university I have been unable to keep the clan running smoothly, and I have unfortunately lost contact with Shadow and The_Charmer, although I have convinced my best friend from school to come and join us, he is a TFC fanatic and has converted to CS very well, he has shocked many clans since by informing them he has only been playing a week and a half, after he is beating them by at least 2:1. The clan has now been picked up again and hopefully I can restore the clan then improve to join a league. This standstill lasted from July 1st to August 10th.

The site has been updated again due to another new member, previously spoken about in the previous news update, the new member is called [JRDF]Shadow, and we have now reached 5 members. Another page is under construction for some basic military tactics that I have learnt during army service. These pages are freely available to anyone, I am not going to restrict them to a clan only page as I believe the standard of play on the Counterstrike servers could be improved.

The site was updated today due to the fact that a new member has joined, in three days I have already had 2 requests for membership to our clan. The first named [JRDF]The Charmer, has been excepted and the second is at the moment being interviewed for the clan. If requests go as they are looking at the moment then we should be soon a large clan! Fingers Crossed!
