What services do we offer our laptop repair ?

We know that it's frustrating when your laptop breaks down and that you need it fixed quickly, effectively and affordably.We can help you.We offer a professional service with a fast turnaround. We offer a repair service right down to the component level on nearly all makes and models of laptops including Dell, Compaq, NEC, Packard Bell, IBM, Fujitsu Siemens, Acer, Toshiba, Samsung, Sony and many more. We can fix all problems from LCD's failures, intermittent faults, no power to simple faults like keyboard and drive failures. We can even remove password.

We understand that you may not want to commit to repairing your laptop until you have an idea of the costs involved. We therefore offer an estimate for all repairs, prior to any work being undertaken.In some instances we may be able to do this by email on receipt of an estimate request but in most cases we require your laptop in the workshop for inspection which will help us give you a better idea what the charge will be.

If you do not accept our quote, we will return it back to you under our No Fix No Fees Policy just a fee of £20 to cover Postage and Package.

Sending laptops in for repair.

If you live within 40 miles of Farnborugh, Hampshire we can arrange for your laptop to be picked up from your home and returned to you when the estimate and / or repair is completed.

If you live more than 40 miles outside Farnborough, Hampshire then this would be outside our collection and delivery area and you will need to arrange for delivery and collection of your laptop to our premises. The best option for this is likely to be through an insured courier, with your laptop well packaged in a strong box with plenty of bubblewrap.

We need the following items sent with the laptop

• Power supply unit with cable (s)
• Password

Once the laptop is repaired we will contact you to arrange a convenient date back to your laptop back to you which will be in most cases up to 5 working days. In rare case if your laptop is Beyond Economical Repair, we will return it under our No Fix No Fees Policy just a fee of £20 to cover Postage and Package.
