4 lb.. potatoes 1 lb.. cooked curly kale, or Savoy cabbage 1 oz. butter Quarter Pt. milk 6 chopped scallions
Method
Peel and boil potatoes Drain and mash until smooth Add scallions to milk and bring to boil Add to potato and beat well until fluffy. Beat in finely chopped kale and butter Reheat if necessary Serve with butter.
