Customer Care Consulting is directed by Peter C White, a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy with experience across the public and private sectors and expertise in facilitating Organisational Change and in enabling organisations to identify and deliver what customers define is of value to them. He helps organisations to become genuinely more customer focused whilst avoiding wasted and/or misplaced use of resources and to secure a satisfied, engaged and motivated workforce. Acknowledged as an exceptional team player and prized for his mentoring and coaching skills, Peter is comfortable working with clients at all levels of their organisations.
