In Scotland the National press have okayed the game and give it good coverage. In England the provincial papers in Brighton, Nottingham and Durham are liberal with their news and reports. In London some say that proportionate to the number of people who go to see hockey the coverage is a fair percentage of the whole. And yet, ice hockey won’t grow to man size until such fine writers as Peter Wilson, Alan Hoby, Maurice Smith and many others go behind the scenes and come out with a wealth of material that lies there untapped. In the International Tournament Zamick finished top point scorer with 41, as Panthers finished runners up to Wembley Monarchs.
