| Mike, a left sided utility player, spent four season with the Panthers during which he
went from being an import left winger to player coach/defenceman via club captain. He
replaced Terry Gudziunas as coach who stepped down, after disappointing results, and
returned to Canada. Mike soldiered on gamely in a team which had been reduced in potency
by repeated BIHA alterations to import regulations. Through hard work and loyalty Mike
earned the respect of the Panthers fans and a place in the clubs history. |
