Terms & Conditions
- Existing customers
please note that if you do not enrol by the date specified on
the enrolment form, you will loose your child's place.
- Please
address all comments and questions to the pool co-ordinator or
receptionist.
- Please note
that alcohol is not permitted on school property.
- Eagle House
users - Please be aware NO shoes of any kind are
permitted on the pool side. Everyone MUST remove their shoes before entering the pool surround
- SSSL
reserves the right to change the dates of the lessons. (As much
notice as possible will be given.)
- SSSL
reserves the right to refuse admission to any child at any time.
- SSSL
reserves the right to decline from teaching any child more that
five minutes late for their lesson.
- SSSL
reserves the right to change teaching staff as business needs
require.
- SSSL
accepts responsibility for the swimmers only during their lesson
time in the water.
- SSSL
does not accept
responsibility for swimmers if they leave the water for any
reason,
- SSSL
does not accept
responsibility for any consequences arising from adults or
children interrupting lessons in any way and/or physically
removing pupils from the lessons.
- SSSL
does not accept
responsibility for the safety of any adult or child spectators
whilst they are onsite.
- SSSL
does not accept
responsibility for accident or damage to any member, client,
person equipment or vehicle owned by anyone connected with these
lessons whilst on site: nor for the loss of personal possessions
or valuables.
- SSSL
requires that a responsible adult (Parent, Guardian or Carer)
MUST
be present onsite for the duration of the lesson.
- SSSL
requires that Eagle House users park in the gravel car park and
walk round the front of the school. Dropping off at the pool is
strictly forbidden. Please walk within the yellow
tram lines where available & customers are required to keep off
the grass. Remember that school is operating during our
sessions & your consideration is appreciated.
- SSSL
requires that anyone wishing to take photographs on the premises
MUST seek prior permission from the Teacher In Charge.
- SSSL
practices Emergency Evacuation Procedures (as defined by the
venue) every term. Your co-operation is expected.
- SSSL will
pass on to the customer any and all bank charges incurred if a
cheque is returned to us by a bank for any reason.
