Q Do I have to remain present for the duration of my child's lesson? A Yes, we require a responsible person over the age of 16 to be present for the whole duration of the lesson.

Q What happens if the Broadmoor siren
sounds? A If you are en-route to the pool, please DO
NOT ATTEND. You will not be allowed into the pool.
A half-hour lesson in progress shall be allowed to conclude,
with all the doors to the pool locked.
There shall be no further admittance once the siren sounds.
After you leave at the end of the lesson, the doors will be
locked behind you, so make sure you have all your belongings. Q
When do I pay for my child's lessons?. A Payment must be submitted in advance for each course by the enrolment deadline along with the correct enrolment form.

Q I have not been given an enrolment form! A
It's SSSL's policy not to give out enrolment forms, however, new
forms are always available at reception, and online, from badge
week onwards.

Q How do I pay for my child's lessons?
A We accept payment by cash or cheque.

Q If my child misses a lesson, do I get a refund? A Unfortunately we do not give refunds for lessons missed.

Q How often is my child tested for a badge? A Skills badges are usually tested throughout the duration of the term, whereas distance badges are carried out on one particular week of the term (specified on the enrolment form). Unfortunately distance badges can only be attempted on this date.

Q I forgot to re-enrol. A Phone us
as soon as possible for availability - we have a waiting list
for most classes. Payment for phone enrolment must be received
within three working days.

Q My Child has been given a "Badge Slip".
What do I do? A Congratulations! Your child has achieved a badge. Please
check the spelling of the name on the slip carefully, as the
badge will be printed from this. Please print any corrections
clearly. Take the slip to reception, with the payment. Due to
bank charges, we can only accept cheques for two or more
certificates. Your
badge will be printed and returned in the next couple of weeks.
You will be asked to initial the slip for our records.
