Lifesaving

We offer the Royal Life Saving Society's premier introduction to life saving, "Life Saving 1, 2, 3". This set of awards educates people about the "Drowning Chain". These awards also cover the GCSE Swimming requirements for PE as well as the Bronze level for the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. This leads directly to the RLSS Bronze Medallion, which children can take at 14 years old. This can lead to a career in the leisure industry!

Basic Life Support & First Aid

The need for children and adults to learn basic first aid is self evident. We now offer courses in basic life support and first aid which support the national curriculum. Other authorities already offer this service. This service is offered to schools in the local area and is also available in conjunction with our existing services.

Elite Squad

We also offer a session for the better swimmer, teaching competitive starts and turns, Lane discipline, and offering relevant awards. This would be ideal for swimmers who don't want to commit to a full "club" training schedule, but want to continue to swim.
