About Us.

Sandhurst Swim School runs swimming lessons, teaching children to swim in both the Yateley and Sandhurst areas. Sandhurst Swim School aims to provide high quality swimming lessons delivered by qualified instructors in a friendly environment, teaching children the four main strokes whilst building on technique, improving stamina, and introducing other core aquatic skills such as water confidence, diving, and personal survival. Sandhurst Swim School use the STA International Learn to Swim programme in order for you to record your child’s progress and to share their achievement.

So as to provide high quality swimming lessons our teachers have recognised ASA or STA qualifications and our water helpers are chosen very carefully. We ensure that all of our staff are CRB checked and we provide staff training sessions to ensure the best possible service.

Our beginner and few stroker classes are taught in the water, by a fully qualified teacher along with a support teacher and/or water helper.

As well as running term time lessons, we also offer holiday intensive courses as well as one-to-one lessons with a qualified instructor. There is an elite squad for our more competitive swimmers who don’t want to commit fully to club training.
