Two options are available to clients:

• Hotel / guest house, or;
• Host family

Most opt to live within an English family environment, and we ensure that students have their own study bedroom and half board arrangement (breakfast and evening meal, plus lunch at the weekends). We certainly never assume that students will want to share a room; but should two friends wish to, a discount will be arranged.

We can arrange Hotel accommodation to suit the budget of students. This option is often preferred by business people.

Browsing a map of Oxford is useful to see the various amenities and attractions on offer. This map from Daily Information is particularly suitable for printing as it is in PDF format.

Leisure Programme

Most of Oxford’s wide range of sporting and cultural pursuits will be either free or relatively inexpensive, particularly for students.  A month’s temporary membership of a tennis club, for example, costs about £9.00.

In addition, we always offer free guided tours of the University.  Excursions to places of interest further afield e.g. Bath, Salisbury / Stonehenge, Winchester, Windsor and Stratford - can also be arranged, and we would provide a quotation of the costs prior to an individual / small group wishing to visit.

Our guiding principle is to discuss with the students what they want to do, and then make the appropriate arrangements: we do not impose activities on them.
