meet at Old Community
Centre, on the first Monday of the month, at 7.30pm
36 members
belong to this friendly, welcoming and busy WI. They have an entertainment
group, and are setting up a craft section. The take part in the
Annual Flower Show, issue their own Newsletter, and one member
runs a Welsh class. They are a close community, who are always
ready to help one another.
As well
as their banner, which depicts the village with symbols, and was
made by Mrs Betty Slatter in 1983, they have also made a quilt
map for the church, and are working on a banner for the church.
