meets in the Museum and Historical Centre Bridge Street on the second Tuesday of the month, at 1.30pm
They now have 71 members, and growing each month. The walking group goes from strength to strength, as does the craft group, and the lunch/supper club. February '07 saw the launch of a reading group and a theatre/cinema group began in March that year. Their WI motto is THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE, ONLY FRIENDS WAITING TO MEET.
