“As you are all aware some people, not necessarily young, put themselves at risk without realising. The 'night time economy' is a relatively new expression but this is when people are at most risk and can find themselves in a potentially dangerous situation.
The work of the Felixstowe Town Pastors, as I understand it, is that they will work
with and support our Safer Neighbourhood Teams in order to give assistance and encouragement
to anyone who finds themselves in such a situation.
I would like to say, that in
