Check safety device are correctly fitted. Test flame failure device, visual inspection and cleaning of Burner and Heat exchanger. Electric checks. Check flue termination. Check and if required adjust burner pressure. Calculated and check required ventilation and carry out flue flow and spillage tests when required. Where the boiler manufacture requires a seal to be replaced during the boiler service additional costs for this may be required.
