This type of marker possibly started out as a church roof finial and was adapted as a grave marker. There is no makers mark but most likely one of Bradshaw’sIN LOVING MEMORY OF WILLIAM WOODWARD WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE NOV. 29TH 1925 AGED 11 YEARS. THY WILL BE DONE.
