Lamb cutlets, pesto sauce, parsley, pine nuts.

Hot Lambada Sizzle

Serves 2

Lean lamb steaks or loin chops, garlic, spring onions, tomato ketchup, orange juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce.

Chilli Con Carne

Serves 4

Lean minced beef, onion, can chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, marmite or bovril, can red kidney beans, chilli powder, garlic, black pepper.

Tomato & Liver Casserole

Serves 4

Plain flour, lambs liver, onion, can chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, chicken stock, fresh tomatoes.

Cottage Pie with Leek & Potato Topping

Serves 4

Minced beef. Onion, carrots, plain, flour, stock, tomato puree, dried herbs, salt and black pepper.

For the topping

Potatoes, leeks skimmed milk, cheddar cheese, salt and black pepper.
