Italian Barbequed Chicken

Serves  4

 

· 4 chicken breasts, skinned

· 1 small can chopped tomatoes

· 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped

· 1 small chilli, finely chopped

· 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

· 2 teaspoons dried oregano

· 2 drops Tabasco sauce

· 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce

· 1 teaspoon sugar

· pinch of salt and pepper

 

 

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, and brush over the chicken.

Place the coated chicken breasts under a hot grill or on a barbecue and cook thoroughly, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.  Serve with salad
