Honey Mustard Chops

Serves 4

 

· 4 boneless pork loin chops

· 8 rashers streaky bacon

· 2 tablespoons clear honey

· 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard

· 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

 

 

In a bowl, mix the honey and mustard.  Brush the mixture all over the chops.  Using the back of a knife and then Sprinkle each chop with the rosemary, stretch the bacon rashers to double their length.  Wrap 2 rashers round each chop.  Cook under a preheated medium-hot grill for 7-10 minutes on each side, brushing regularly with the honey mixture.  Serve immediately.
