Lemon Salmon Fillets  with Parsley Sauce

Serves 4    Salmon fillets, lemons, salt & black pepper, fresh parsley.

For the sauce    Onion, peppercorns, bay leaf, cornflour, salt & black pepper, fresh parsley.

Pan-Fried Tuna with Peppers & Noodles

Fresh tuna steaks, noodles, olive oil, garlic, red pepper, yellow pepper, lime, soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
