Ok, your PC has a problem, you cant fix it so what do you do? Your mate who knows about PC’s has gone to Brazil for a month, and your whizz kid son has moved to Uni. You need to get the report your writing out by the end of the week, but your printer doesnt work. You’d save it somewhere, but your CD writer has never worked and you wouldnt know how to use it anyway!
DONT PANIC!
We’re here to help! Every day people mail in requesting instructions on setting up a CD burner, fixing a printer, getting email to work, using their scanner, account packages and so on. PC problems are nothing new, even before windows operating systems people have been working around the clock keeping systems functioning, it just so happens these problem systems are now in millions of homes all over the world, with no-one to fix them.
Getting Started
You’re here to fix a problem, not read a website, so lets get onto the ways you can get your PC up and running again:
Email Support
This form of support is plain and simple. You tell us your problem, ask us a question on something you want to buy, quote error codes, and so on, and we’ll do our best to give you diagnosis via email. It doesn’t matter how many times we mail you, or you mail us, you still pay one fee per problem. If we still dont fix it you have the re-assurance that you get your money back IN FULL. If you have the information as requested but not the skill-set to perform the task in hand you may wish to try the next step.
Remote Support
This form of support is the most hassle free of them all. You simply install our software, give us some information about your PC, and leave it to us! We will dial in from our command station over the internet and resolve any issues, we may then bring up a text box and ask you to test everything ok. Once confirmation is recieved, we disconnect and you get on with your life again!
On-site Support
If after contacting us via email, and remote Support isnt possible (ie. your internet connection is faulty, or you dont have an internet connection at home) this option is for you. You simply fill out your details, it gets sent to our command centre, and a date is made for an engineer to visit you at home (or small business). Armed with tools and a fulld escription of the problem, the engineer will attempt to fix your problem or advise on replacement parts. You will notice that the call out fee is NOTHING compared to industrial figures (which can scream over £750 per day, fine if you own a huge company)
Contract Support
Coming soon, this service will give you all the above but without the cost or hassle of logging seperate issues with us. If you want the peace of mind, and reassurance your home PC and small office need, then look no further. You wont find a price anywhere int he world as cheap as us, simply because the home user and small office is forgotten about int he IT sector. Not anymore!
