To preserve the condition of your phonecards, here are a few helpful tips provided by phonecard collector Stephen Hanley.
Store your phonecards in an albumn with chemical-free (non-PVC) plastic holders.
Never place two cards together in the same albumn sleeve.
Don't place your cards in a very hot or very cold environment.
Clean your cards using a small amount of water by dipping your finger into the water and gently rubbing it against the dirt on the card. Lint-free cloths may be used but do not use a rough cloth, as this will certainly scratch the card.
Do not use any washing detergents, as they may damage the surface of the phonecard.
