MATERIALS:

Put all the beads on the thread and push them along towards the ball as you fill the shuttle full, do not cut from the ball.
Work reverse ds onto the curtain ring, clockwise direction is better because it allows the rings off it to be made without a Reverse Work (RW). See the illustration of this technique on the worksheet below.
(5 reverse ds, Ring 3 - 3 close) 5 times, 5 reverse ds.
The curtain ring now covered, climb out to the next round with split rings. The ball can be used as Sh2 for this short distance.
(split ring Sh1 3, Sh2 3, Sh1 close) twice, leaving a picot space between the two split rings.
RW, Chain 8 -b (push one of the beads next to the last ds) 8,
RW, Ring 3 + (to the picot space between the two split rings) 3 close, RW,
[Chain 5, RW, Ring 3 + ( to the next ring off the curtain ring) 3 close, Chain 8 -b 8,
RW, Ring 3 + (to the same ring off the curtain ring) 3 close, RW,] 5 times, Chain 5.
Fasten off to the close-up point of the second split ring.

Reverse double stitches on a curtain ring.
