Examples of suitable kit
Please note these are just examples of clothing people already own, the regiment have a selection of spares for you to use when first starting. When you start aquiring your own costume there are people who will assist in making the right choise of style.

English kit is more complicated unless you have an idea of what class you wish to potray. Expected kit consists of shoes, stockings, shift, petticoats, stays, jacket and suitable head covering. For a more middle class hoops are added with the skirts cut to suit the hoops. For higher class the jacket may be replaced with a robe l'anglaise. This would be worn with even larger hoops. |
