Craig Charles in new short film
The ever splendid Danette of DivaDroid.com has kindly forwarded a mass of information to yours truly about Craig Charles' recent short film, The Dealer, having received it direct from the film's producer, Lee Phillips.

Most amusingly, during the shooting of a scene on a boat where Craig kills someone, five people thought that it was a genuine stabbing and called the police. This 'incident' was documented on BBCi [here] and on The Washington Times [here].

Ricky Grover (Baxter in Red Dwarf VIII), Pat Murray (Mickey Pearce in Only Fools...) and John Thompson (Ken in Men Behaving Badly) also star. Film & TV extra Tony Bowden, who was on the boat with Craig when the police arrived, has some cast photographs on his site [here].
