Monthly Social
These normally take place on the evening of the first Monday of every month. The venue is rotated round the geographical area according to which of our members has volunteered to organise it -
usually Notitnghamshire/Leicestershire areas and occasionally Derbyshire.
During the months with lighter evenings - there is often the option for a brief walk before the pub meeting - starting at around 7pm. This generally happens from May to September if the weather is
likely to be OK and it will be light long enough. Usually the walk starts around 7pm and anyone not joining us for this can meet us in the pub at around 8.15pm.
In the winter we meet around 7.30pm for a pub supper - although these days we often meet earlier and include a torchlit walk in the dark - being a rufty-tufty lot!
Weekend events are regularly organised by our members most months throughout the year.
