I went here with my UK dive buddies in Sept 2008. We were on a shark project liveaboard, high winds spoilt the trip somewhat, and Elphinstone was called off, and we went straight to the Brother Islands. We first moored at Little Brother which was rather busy so we were moored behind another boat. Winds called off the first dive but we managed to continue later. Because of the apparent winds We stayed here for 3 days, grey reef sharks, hammerheads and mantas were spotted, but for me, from a great distance, not close enough to take some good photos. Eventually we moved onto Big Brother where we dived on the Numidia which was an excellent dive, we also had time to visit the island for a walk around and a souvenir T shirt, then a cup of tea and sheesha pipe. We only did a couple more dives here and went to to try and see thresher sharks, but unfortunately no luck. 2 guys were fortunate to see a Oceanic White tip on their safety stop below the boat
