WELCOME TO
LAKELAND
WALKER
The main purpose of this site is to
record my attempt at climbing the 214 fells described
by Alfred Wainwright in his seven Pictorial Guides to the Lakeland Fells,
being an illustrated account of a study and exploration of the mountains in the
English Lake District.
I will also be
recording my visits to the many lakes and tarns scattered all about the Lake
District, along with local walks that I have undertaken around the North York
Moors National Park. View my walking
diary for a full list of completed walks.
I would also welcome your feedback either
by contacting me via the e-mail link below or by signing my Guestbook and
leaving your feedback there.
