In the name of God Amen the VIIIth day of April in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand six hundred and thrity one I Richard Chambers of Reach in the parish of Swaffam Prior in the county of Cambridge waterman being of whole minde and in good and perfect rememberance praise be given unto Almighty god make and ordayne this my ? testament ? ? my last will in mannor and forme following that is to say that Ffirst I bequeath my soule to god my maker and redemor ? to be saved alone by the ? ? and sufforing of Christ Jesus my lord and saviour and my body to be buried in the ? church yard of Swaffham Prior aforesaid ITEM I do give and bequeath unto my two daughters Margaret Chambers, and Susanah Chambers, the whole and ? some of five and twenty pounds given to me by the will of my brother Christopher Chambers ? equally to be divided between my said two daughters and to bee paid unto them by my executor when my daughter Susanah Chambers shall come to be one and twenty years old and if any of my said two daughters shall happen to die or depart this life before my said daughter Susanah Chambers shall come to be of the age of one and twenty years old then my will is that the paid some of five and twenty pounds shall be paid unto my daughter surviving at the same time when my saide daughter Susanah shall be would have accomplished or come of the age of one and twenty years old and my will is that the saide five and twenty pounds shall be put out to use by my executor untill the ? it ? to be paid unto my said daughters by this my will and these that shall ? thereof to be payed by my exector unto my sayd two daughters equally to be divided between them for and toward their ? untill they are to ? the saide portion of five and twenty pounds. ITEM I doth ? give and bequeath unto my saide two daughters Margaret Chambers and Susanah Chambers all my right ? and ? which I ? or by right my ? unto forty pounds which was given to my sonne Richard Chambers desceased by the last will and testament of my brother Christopher Chambers desceased to bee equally divided between my saide two daughters and to be paide unto them by my executor when my daughter Susanah Chambers shall come to be of the age of one and twenty years olde and if any of my saide two daughters shall happen to die or depart this life before my saide daughter Susanah shall come to be of the age of one and twenty years old then my will is that the saide forty pounds be paide unto my daughter surviving at the same time when my saide daughter Susanah shall be or would have accomplished or come of the age of one and twenty years old and my will is that the saide forty pounds shall be put out by my executor into use until the same is due to be paide unto my saide daughters by this my will and the use that shall ? thereof to be paide by my executor unto my saide two daughters equally to be devided between them for and towarde their ? untill they are to ? the saide portion of forty pounds. Lastly I do give and bequeath all my goods and ? ? unto my executor to be solde and made the ? of fo pay my debts and to see me ? and ? buried and for the payment that ? shall take to see this my will fullfilled and of this my ? testament and last will I make and ordayne my lovinge brother in law Thomas Wiseman of Reache in the parish of Swaffham Prior in the county of Cambridge waterman my sole executor and I utterly revoke and ? null all and ? other former testaments, wills, ?, bequeathments, ? by me in any wise before this time made named, willed and bequeathed.
