The original of this document is
in Cambridge University Library. It is a copy, probably made in the 1530s, of an
original terrier made in 1491 by Queens' College, Cambridge, the owners of this
manor. It is in excellent condition and concerns the manor's tenants in the
three main fields of Swaffham Prior; the Ditchfield, the Dalefield and the
Middlefield.
