Chamberlayne esquire being in hoole mynde and of good memorye thanks be Almighty
God the XXIII day of August in the yere of oure Lord god MLCCCCXXXXVI make and
declare my testament and last wil in forme following Ffirst I ? my soule to
Almighty God to the ? ? ? Lady Saint Mary and to alle the hooly ? of ? and my
body to be buried in the parish church of Shirburn in the countie of Oxford Item
I bequeth to the moder Church of Lincoln[?] Xs Item I bequeth to the said church
of Shirburn XX l Item I bequeth to ? ? church where I have ? in ? the said
parish XI l VIII s And my chapel of the ? of myne ? VI l VII d Item I queth ?
this exhibion[?] of a good be?tnone ? being a ? in Oxfenford XL s to pay master
for my soule by the ? of X yeres in Oxenford alle tymes of the yere ? of the VII

Prior in the countie of Cambrigge and Denford in the countie of Northampton
shall stand[?] and be rented after my deceasse to the use and hehose as
hereafter followeth That is to say my wife and myne executors shall take and ?
the issue and profittes of the said manors tyll any of my younger sonnes, that
is to say William, Thomas and John come to the age of XXVI yeres And my daughter
Anne to the age of XXI yeres ffyndyng my II said sonnes and daughter
comvenyently with the profitte of the same, And then I wish that the ? ? of the
issues and profittes of the said manors after the convenyent[?] fynding of my
said III sonnes and daughter had ? ? abovesaid ? ? kept by my wife and my said
executors tylle it amo-mue? to a competenmt son for a marage to be had for my
said daughter after the dis? Of my said wife and executors, if my said daughter
be ruled and govened by her said moder [=mother] And after my daughter be marred
I will that the issues and profitte of the said manor ? and on the finding of my
said III sonns by fore the contentaion(?) of my detts And the residue after my
detts ? to be ? for the ? of my soule after the discrecion of myne executiors
tylle any of my said sonnes come to the age of XXVI yeres Atte the which tyme I
will that my said, ? stand[?] and be ? to the use and behose of my said III

followeth That is to say whene my sonne William comyth to the age of XXVI yeres
