Property Search
Wherever possible we aim to meet our clients and their children in their current home to ensure we have a clear picture of the sort of property you are looking for. Having understood your detailed requirements, we will identify properties that meet your needs and personal circumstances. In doing this, we will not only look for the obvious solutions - we will also work to provide you with a range of innovating options which may save you money and provide you with the home of your dreams. We work with local estate agents, but through our personal networks are able to identify properties before they are generally advertised.

Viewing
We will carry out all the viewing of likely properties saving you extensive time and energy and then put together a short-list. We will supplement any property details from estate agents with our own assessment of any property we recommend. We give you an unbiased view of the area in which the property is located, using our understanding of local schools catchment areas and other amenities.

At the time of these visits we are in close liaison with our clients and refine any search details and keep records to help ensure you have a clear recollection of each properties strengths and weaknesses. Therefore for final decision making we arrange appointments with estate agents and personally escort you around to ensure you make the most of any time you spend in the area.

Negotiation
Our extensive experience and knowledge of the local property market enables us to provide valuable advice during the negotiation stages. We are able to more accurately judge the market value of any home you are interested in (without the emotional ties) and support you in gaining the best possible price. We can also work with you to position your negotiation in the most advantageous way, and create the terms that give you the maximum benefit.


Introduction Pack
Using our knowledge of the local area and personalised research, we are able to create a tailored 'introduction pack' before you move in. The pack will provide you with details of local groups that you may be interested in joining, such as toddler groups, sport centres, libraries and transport facilities as well as details of other relevant local services. We find these little details can ease clients into an area more quickly and make the settling in process less daughting for the whole family.

School search
We are able to offer more detailed research on schools to those who want to make this the key feature of their property search. In doing this, we review school league tables, Ofsted reports and other publicly available material, but also evaluate your child's educational needs, visit a range of schools to assess their provision, and talk to local parents about their experience.

Orientation Tour
For when clients have an idea they wish to move but do not have a particular location in mind. For example, there are so many picturesque villages in Berkshire and Oxfordshire - how do you choose the one for you. We can physically short list a few places and then let you have the final say, and we will take the house search from there.
