relocation can be and aim to reduce the stress by getting to know you
and ensuring you receive a friendly, helpful service at all times. We
want to be like already having a friend in the area -to make your transition
to a new life as painless as possible for you and your family.
Professional
Being friendly and adapting our service to meet your needs does not
prevent us from remaining professional at all times. In addition to
our experience, we are associate members of the Association of Relocation
Agents and keep ourselves up to date through regular training. We also
maintain an impartial view of the local market, giving you an unbiased
perspective on your relocation plans.
Trustworthy
Above all, we will always act with total integrity and work hard to
ensure we deserve your trust at all times. Our only source of income
as a company is from the clients we serve, and all payments are agreed
beforehand to avoid any surprises.

Our
terms
After
meeting you to establish exactly what services you are looking for and
how we can help you, you will be asked to sign a contract that describes
our terms in detail.
Before
we start work in earnest, we will ask you for a small, non-refundable
registration fee.
Rental
Properties
We charge an agreed daily rate for any time we spend working
on your behalf.
Property
Purchase
The final fee is usually based on an agreed percentage of the
purchase price.
