Please take the time to read the contents of this page to make sure you fully understand and accept the purchase arrangements before placing an order. The terms and conditions are applied to the commercial relationship between you, the customer and Paul Gaughan Photography and your use of the website.
1. All copyright remains the property of Paul Gaughan and the reproduction of purchased artwork, including photographs is not permitted.
2. Cheques must be made payable to Mr Paul Gaughan and no order will be processed until cheques have cleared.
3. Delivery will be made by a reputable courier company to the delivery address specified by you, at the time of order. All items will be insured during transit to cover damage and non delivery.
4. When you order from Paul Gaughan, delivery will normally be within 28 working days from the date the order is processed, however Paul Gaughan is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the products however caused. Time for delivery is not the essence of the Contract.
6. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any purchase from Paul Gaughan Photography, a full refund will be given. You must however notify us and return the work within 14 days of receipt. The returned work must be in its original condition and packaging and insured during transit.
7. On delivery the Customer must immediately check the package and the product for any damage before accepting the package from the delivery company. If the product itself appears to be damaged, the Customer must immediately report this to the delivery company official and notify Paul Gaughan Photography accordingly within 24 hours.
8. Although great care and precision is taken over the printsPaul Gaughan images may be subject to very minor colour variations to the images on screen. Paul Gaughan is not liable for this.
9. All products are signed to confirm authenticity.
10. Paul Gaughan Photography has a strict privacy policy. I do not pass customer information on to third parties and only use information for the purpose of fulfilling orders and enhancing the site’s service and functionality.
