All loft ladders require a hinge down trap door. If a new hinge down trap door is required we will supply and fit a new trap door for you. This is included in the price. The trap door is an unpainted 12mm MDF with a secure ¼ turn door stop for effortless operation. (MDF can be easily painted to a high decorative finish). We will also fit battening above the trap door to improve its draught proofing qualities.
