Spacemaker 2 section

A budget  aluminum loft ladder designed for newer homes with  a lower floor to ceiling height. It features flat non-slip treads on the rungs and a metal locking mechanism. The Spacemaker comes complete with a new hinge down trap door and all the accessories.

Easiway 3 section

This is our most popular aluminum loft ladder because it is so effortless to use. It comes complete with a sturdy handrail which makes so much difference when climbing with cases and boxes. The Easiway also has a counterbalance, it is this feature that makes it so easy to get the ladder down and to store it back up in the loft. The Easiway comes complete with a new hinge down trap door and all the accessories.

The Timberlux

The Timberlux is a high quality 2 section timber loft ladder, it has a deep 3" non slip treads, a single handrail that extends the length of the upper section of the ladder and a spring loaded counter balance for trouble-free operation. The Timberlux comes complete with a new hinge down trap door and all the accessories. It's the ideal ladder if the loft is going to be used on a very frequent basis.

Concertina Loft Ladder

The concertina ladder is designed for those lofts so congested with obstacles that a traditional loft ladder won't fit. The concertina ladder sits suspended between the loft opening. (It fits loft openings down to 600mm x 600mm). It has a spring controlled operation, extra wide tread (80mm) for comfort. The concertina ladder comes complete with a new hinge down trap door and all the accessories. 

Carriage Ladders

Carriage ladders are designed for lofts with vertical openings. They are required in many older properties. The door is not replaced as part of the installation.
