Tactical Rifles & Classic Firearm Restoration
This moderator was designed as a prototype only. The purpose of which was to experiment with integral moderator/rifle designs. However, recently I have given considerable thought to improving the design and building a more efficient and simplified version of this rifle when funds become available.

The integral moderator is a hybrid, designed around a CZ452 American chassis and utilises ports drilled into the barrel together with a moderator at the end of the barrel to obtain its outstanding performance. Although the barrel is ported it looses only 1% of the original barrels performance as all the propellant gases are all burnt within the barrel.

It can be easily stripped for cleaning but for safety reasons must not under any circumstances be fired without its moderator. This silenced rifle does not require a separate slot on your FAC as the moderator is integral.

This moderator can also accommodate .22 Sub Sonic and .22LR High Velocity cartridges with superior  attenuation.

Attenuation Data
The following attenuation data was recorded using a Quest Technologies Industrial sound level meter.

Rifle: CZ 452 American, Calibre: .22 LR subsonic
Without moderator, at the ear: 110.9dB(A), 1m 90° to muzzle: 105.6dB(A)
With moderator, at the ear: 84.2dB(A), 1m 90° to muzzle: 75.6dB(A)
