Lee Enfield .303 No4 Mk1*- 94L9663
This Lee Enfield rifle was manufactured by Longbranch, Canada in 1950. After the war this rifle was one of 10,000 Enfield No4 & SMLE’s which were issued to the Italian Government to assist in the rebuilding of its Armed Forces. Initially this rifle was issued to the Army who after some years gave them to the Italian Navy. Most of these rifles remained in Arsenal storage until 2001 when they were sold onto the world market. This particular rifle was imported into the UK via Henry Kranks in Leeds.

It has a five groove barrel.  The barrel,  receiver and woodwork are all in excellent condition. Blueing is 100%. It has matching numbers throughout  and a MkIII rearsight.
