The only place I'm aware of which looks unnervingly like Hill Valley town square is Cordell, Oklahoma. The Washita County Courthouse doesn't stand at the edge of the square - like in Hill Valley - but in the middle of it, and the courthouse has a hideous clocktower built on top of it, but overall it looks very close.
