Combining raised & burnished gold on plaster gesso (WORD) and neat PVA medium (the crown of thorns) with the flat gilding of the background, which is laid on a 50/50 PVA and water gesso mix. Lettering in ground Chinese ink with a metal nib. Size of work: 205 mm deep x 190 mm wide.
