The Pen People Envelope Exchange enables subscribers to send and receive calligraphic envelopes. There is an initial "charge" of two second class stamps to offset expenses, but no other charges apply. However, you must be a subscriber to the Pen People magazine to be able to join. See magazine subscription section in this website. For people applying from Overseas it is not necessary to enclose any stamps, but you must complete this form.
