ANNA SONGS was registered as a business name on 9th May 1974.

Its purpose was and still is to safeguard copyright of the songs and to publish them.

It is only the advent of the computer age that has enabled arrangements and orchestrations to be made of the songs. HEAVEN SENT, a collection of hymns, is now available in CD and digital download format. MIXED EMOTIONS, a collection of songs by various artists, is also now on sale in CD and digital download format.

A cover version of SEE MY FRIEND is now ready as a single CD. A download format will follow.

A novel, THE WILLOWS OF CROSSTON and a short story collection, OLD-FASHIONED THEY MAY BE, are available, in print form and as E-Books in PDF format.

THE BEGINNING, the interlude of THE WILLOWS OF CROSSTON has now been completed and is available in both print and E-Book format.

The script of THE BROOM, a musical play in two acts, has just been made available.

A number of people have commented favourably on the CD covers. Following on from this, photographs have been taken of the lovely county of Hertfordshire, and of Sussex too. Greeting cards have been made.

So said Dr. Goudge (1866-1939), Regius Professor of Divinity at Oxford, to his daughter, the novelist Elizabeth Goudge, when they had completed the packing up of the typescript of his last book for despatch to his publisher.

These songs are my children. Please take care of them.
