Sage Line 50 Accounts
Our most popular course, Sage Line 50 accountancy
is specially geared to provide you with the necessary skills to find
a job in the accounts department of most companies.
You only have to pick up a local newspaper to see some vacancies
for people with Sage knowledge.
The Beginners Course (level 1) takes you through all the
basic book keeping routines up to Trial Balance stage (all basic
data posting routines, modifying a Chart of Accounts, setting up
customer and supplier accounts, posting bank receipts and payments,
petty cash, posting error corrections, producing a Trial Balance)
Having mastered the basics, the student can then rapidly move on to
the more complex areas of accountancy and the Intermediate course
(level 2) progresses the student to Balance Sheet stage (quick
recap on basics followed by bank reconciliation's, producing a VAT
return, journal entries, depreciation, credit control procedures,
Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet). The second level
will enable a student to produce output from Sage that is suitable
for audit purposes and for managing most businesses..
