  1. Apologies – None

  1. Absent – Burton Arms FC (Cobholm FC)

  1. Minutes of 2006 AGM were agreed.

  1. Matters Arising – Following the amendment of the player registration rule clubs must still submit player registrations 48 hours prior to kick off, in emergencies clubs may sign players on the day of the match so long as they follow the revised rule of obtaining a signature and name of the opposition manager/official and submitting the form by the following Tuesday following the match.

  1. Balance Sheet – The Treasurer presented the Balance Sheet pointing out a small loss of £84.47 mainly due to the NCFA Public Liability Charge on the League of £315.00 on top of the £14.00 per team. The Cup Finals were well attended and brought in some much needed funds. Balance Sheet was adopted unopposed.

  1. Hon. Secretary Report – Peter Payne presented his final report as secretary after 25 years service in the post. Catfield were congratulated on reaching the final of the Norfolk Junior Cup as well as completing the domestic treble whilst remaining unbeaten. Albert Tavern were also congratulated on winning the Second Division North without dropping a point as well as winning the Burgess Cup.

Disappointing aspects of the season was the demise of Gapton Car Hire with players owing over £300 in unpaid fees and fines. An incident involving a few Sunningdale players towards the end of the season marred an otherwise good season for discipline with the League having a good overall record at NCFA for discipline. The report concluded with Peter Payne thanking fellow officials and clubs for their support over the past 25 years.

8        Club Withdrawals – Gapton Car Hire, Gorleston Rangers, Star & Garter (1st team and Reserves).
