How much notice do you need to
produce an order ? |

Ideally at least 6-8 weeks
before you wish to have delivery of stationery items. Other items please allow at least
6-8 weeks. It may be possible to complete an order in less time, depending on our work
scheduling, and subject to availability of materials. Please contact us to discuss this. |

shown in a different colour ? |

Usually, yes. Please contact
us to establish what other colours are available. |

Is it possible to vary any of
the designs shown ? |

Alterations to the design can
be made or two designs combined, but this may occasionally lead to a Custom Made design
and be charged accordingly - please contact us to discuss this. |

Can I order extra copies of
Stationery after receipt of the order ? |

Yes, a small number of extra
copies are not usually a problem, but we need to know as soon as possible please. |

What deposit is required ? |

A deposit of 50 Per Cent is
required when the order is placed and the balance is to be received by us in a cheque at
least seven working days prior to the agreed delivery date. |
