How much notice do you need to produce an order ?

A.

Ideally at least 6-8 weeks before you wish to have delivery of stationery items. Other items please allow at least 6-8 weeks. It may be possible to complete an order in less time, depending on our work scheduling, and subject to availability of materials. Please contact us to discuss this.

 

Q.

Can I have one of the styles shown in a different colour ?

A.

Usually, yes. Please contact us to establish what other colours are available.

 

Q.

Is it possible to vary any of the designs shown ?

A.

Alterations to the design can be made or two designs combined, but this may occasionally lead to a Custom Made design and be charged accordingly - please contact us to discuss this.

 

Q.

I have in mind my own design, can you make this for me ?

A.

We will do our very best to meet your request and interpret your design. Please contact us with your requirements to enable us to discuss this with you.

Do you have a minimum order on Stationery ?

A.

There is no minimum order.

 

Q.

Can I order extra copies of Stationery after receipt of the order ?

A.

Yes, a small number of extra copies are not usually a problem, but we need to know as soon as possible please.

 

Q.

What deposit is required ?

A.

A deposit of 50 Per Cent is required when the order is placed and the balance is to be received by us in a cheque at least seven working days prior to the agreed delivery date.

 

Q.

How much is postage and packaging ?

A.

This is charged at cost.
