Here I shall show all us poor Anglophiles where Danny and Jack, otherwise known as the Gooner Lady boys!! are in relation to the Island which we know as Great Britain!! The newest information will be at the top. 2 April 2001 The inevitable has happened and the lads have taken different routes. Danny's email explains what he is doing and I await Jacks plans, hopefully soon. No doubt they will meet up again as they go around and I will endeavor to let you all know what is happening with them both, I hope this web contact keeps going as it will be cool to keep in contact with two good lads. 21 March 2001 The chaps have been exploring!! Their latest email is in the Diary page on the Message board and they have been to the Khao Sok National Park, to the west of Surat Thani province exploring jungles and lakes which they describe in their mail. It seems all is well with our intrepid travelers and they are doing what they set out to do...that is to see different sights and experiences (as well as have a few beers into the bargain!!). Next stop for them is Krabi and if you follow that link you will see where that is.. 5th March 2001 As stated in their latest emails the lads have been enjoying lots of decent diving and motor biking (injuries permitting!!). Koh Samui is their next stop and is situated here off the coast of the province of Surat Thani. This Thailand Tourism Office link tells you more about the province and the whole of Thailand, even gives you the local time and temperature!! 11th February 2001 They have now arrived in Koh Tao and I have actually found where it is, the map below shows the Gulf of Siam (Thailand) and in the southern part of the Gulf is a small island called Samui. Koh Tao is 15 miles north east of that. I have also found a web page which describes the area a lot better than me just rambling on!! Look here. 4th February 2001 So far they are in Bangkok and will move on down to Koh Tao. I have not found a map of that yet but when I do I shall place it on here so we can all se where they are spending all their hard worked days!!
