Complaints Procedure
Declaration
We will in all instances/circumstances work within the Standards set out by Ofsted.
In the unfortunate event of a complaint
Parents/guardians are in the first instance requested to talk to us, where we will try to reach a resolution. If a resolution can not be reached at this stage please put your complaint in writing/email and we will endeavour to reconcile the complaint in 7 working days of receipt.
Failing this, please contact Ofsted with your complaint.
