We’ve been working in shoes for so long that we know quite a lot about shoes. For the last 25 years, Peter Tyler Agencies has been an independent shoe agency, supplying all parts of the footwear trade.

We work in a number of countries, and right now we work out of Portugal, in co-operation with Norberto Costa Lda. who have themselves a long history of working in the

shoe trade. Along with them, we are also sourcing shoes in India, and have had considerable success with ranges styled in Portugal but made in the factories of our Indian colleagues.

Right now we are supplying a major fashion brand with men’s shoes from both sources, and a number of clients in the UK and mainland Europe

From Portugal we work for retail tickets between £50 and £120, from India £40 to £80, of course depending on the spec of the product. We have access to a very wide variety of leathers, working mostly on cemented or stitchdown constructions.

Our own designers create ranges for all the major shows, and they have developed an uncanny nose for the next important look.

We attend all the important shows, Micam in Milan and the Garda show twice a year, where we showcase a large range of footwear on the crest of the fashion wave

2008 saw the launch of the Vudu brand from Norberto Costa - and in April 2009 we went live in the UK (and the world!) with our online collection in collaboration with WWW.SHOES.CO.UK - take a look at the latest selection of amazing colours - at the same time increasing our brand offering to the trade to include women’s dip-dyed boots and shoes, as well as an expanded men’s collection

The Taj Mahal in Agra - we went to see it on our first India trip a long time ago. It is a spectacular sight.
